Trindle Family Restaurant: A Beloved Diner Experience in Mechanicsburg

When the owner takes an interest in his customers, the restaurateur is doing something right. Such is the new business man operating the Trindle Family Restaurant. He cares and the diner shows. Short of up, he says, keeps him working long hours. Only open a short two and a half months, this diner shines. Clean and bright, the service and atmosphere both sparkle. So, what about the food. The food is some of the best around. Give this place a try. Comparable prices to other diners in the area, but the food supersedes some of the best. We finally had a chance to try a dinner at the Trindle Dinner. It was equal to the quality of breakfast and lunch. Thanks for consistency in quality regardless who is cooking.

We have now been there three times and ordered something different each time. Everything we have ordered has been amazing and a nice portion serving. The restaurant was very clean and nice atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to order. It is hard to find a good restaurant these days. We will continue to patronize them.

Nice little place. Service was quick, even on a Sunday after the church crowd filed in. Food is typical diner fare, but reasonably priced. Wouldn't make a special trip from our home, but would stop if in the area.

Me and my father have never eaten here before but we both enjoyed their food immensely! It was well cooked and tasted good, the plates and silverware, as well as the table and booth was very clean. Our waitress was sweet and the man at the front that seated us was very welcoming and friendly. The building was fresh and had a nice atmosphere. Overall a good experience! Would absolutely go again if it were a little closer to home, I’ll definitely stop by again if I’m in the area.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at this diner just this morning. There is a friendly atmosphere the people there are very polite and helpful and the diner is clean! The food was delicious, I always like my bacon extra crispy and I got exactly that. Now since it was breakfast we didn’t have dessert but let me tell you the desserts looked heavenly! We both enjoyed our meal and will return whenever in the area. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our first time here. We decided to try a new place for breakfast as its our favorite meal to eat out. The food and service was mediocre. Prices were pretty cheap. The coffee was awful, very little/mild flavor but I like a bold roast. My favorite part of the meal was the pancakes. They were light and fluffy. Wish they had maple syrup though instead of cheap pancake syrup. We were seated at a booth and the man seated behind me in the booth kept moving around and doing God knows what. It felt like I was being punched around in my seat.

I could taste the love in every spoonful! Then came the fish and chips, and I was instantly transported to a breezy coastal town. The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, flaky and moist inside, and the chips were golden and seasoned to perfection. It was a seaside dream on a plate! Everything about Trindle Family Restaurant screams excellence—the flavors, the presentation, and the cozy vibe. If you’re looking for a meal that delights the senses and warms the heart, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to come back for more!

I have been attending Trindle Family Restaurant since opening day a year ago this week. It is a great place that is close to my home. I was welcomed warmly and the owner always talks to me and is very friendly. The food is great. They have a large menu. The burgers are especially good. I appreciate that they are open for breakfast lunch and dinner every day, except for an early closure at 2 on Sundays. It is a nice diner-style restaurant with a nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. I have never had to wait for a table despite the fact that they do a good business. I recommend this place highly.
